Desert dust, hard water, tire marks, oil drips, bird droppings and a year of sun turn a light paver driveway gray and a patio dull. Pressure washing, or power washing, takes it back to the surface you bought. We wash pavers, concrete, block walls, pool decks and stone veneer across the Las Vegas valley, and we do it with commercial surface cleaners that leave an even finish instead of the stripes a rented wand leaves behind.

What we pressure wash
- Paver driveways, walkways and patios
- Concrete driveways, sidewalks and garage aprons
- Pool decks and spa surrounds
- Block walls, retaining walls and planters
- Stone veneer, columns and outdoor kitchens
- Travertine and flagstone
- Entry courtyards and side yards
Not every surface takes the same pressure
Pavers and concrete can take real pressure. Travertine, flagstone and stone veneer cannot, and neither can the polymeric sand in paver joints if it is sprayed head-on. We match the pressure, the nozzle and the distance to the surface, and we use a surface cleaner on flat areas so the finish is uniform. Rented machines etch stripes into pavers and blast the sand out of the joints; we see it on jobs every month.
Stains we treat
Water alone does not move oil, rust, efflorescence or fertilizer burns. We pre-treat those with the right cleaner for the stain and the surface before the wash, and we will tell you up front if a stain has been there long enough to be permanent.

Wash, re-sand, seal
Pressure washing lifts some of the joint sand out of a paver surface. If your pavers have never been sealed, or the sealer is worn, the smart move is to finish the job: sweep in fresh polymeric sand, let it dry and seal the pavers. The sealer locks the sand, keeps the color you just uncovered and makes the next cleaning a hose job. We quote the wash on its own or the full wash-sand-seal package.
When to schedule
Spring and fall are the easiest times to wash and seal because the surface dries at a predictable rate. Summer works for washing alone; we start early and keep the surface wet while we work. Before a party, before you list the house and before a new sealer coat are the three most common reasons people call.
Why NV Landscapes
We are a licensed, insured, family-owned landscape contractor, not a mobile wash truck. Most of the surfaces we clean we also build, so we know how a paver joint, a block wall or a stone veneer should be treated. If we find a sunken paver or a cracked cap while we are there, we will point it out and can fix it, and financing is available if the wash turns into a bigger repair or restoration.
